FINANCIAL/OPERATIONS MANAGER - JOHANNESBURG 1 Million per annum

Job Overview

Prominent company seeks a professional executive to oversee and manage the full financial function of the business, driving day-to-day financial outputs such as financial analysis, reporting, monitoring of budgets, profitability and cost controls, pricing, and statutory tax functions. The candidate will also play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and management of the business strategy, as well as running daily operations.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

1. Direct reporting lines of a candidate and team sizes.
2. ERP system experience – SYSPRO.
3. Excel proficiency – management accounts are in Excel.
4. ERP system integrations.
5. Month-end experience.
6. Dealing with auditors.
7. 2 plus years management experience (essential).
8. 5 - 10 years of accounting experience (essential).
9. CA / CIMA – would be an advantage.
10. BCom / BA Accounting with CTA / PGDA or Equivalent.
