Technical Support Manager – North West England – Full‑time, permanent
Our client is an established competitor in the Fire and Security industry. They have launched a training academy, and require a Technical Support Manager to train, upskill and audit their academy trainees and current engineers. You must be an experienced Fire and Security Engineer, and have a strong knowledge of fire and security systems.
MUST BE WILLING TO
- Stay away 1 week a month for classroom based training
- Happy travelling over the North West
Your responsibilities as a Technical Support Manager
- Provide exceptional training to trainee engineers
- Assess and train technicians in line with the British Standards
- Communicate effectively with trainees and their mentors
