Fire Protection Designer

I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established fire protection contractor with a strong pipeline of work across commercial, industrial, and complex building projects. This business specialises in the design, installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire protection systems and is continuing to grow its in-house design capability. They’re now looking for an experienced Fire Protection Designer to join their Christchurch-based team.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end design of fire protection systems, working closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to deliver compliant, coordinated, and buildable designs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Fire protection system design across multiple project types
• Producing detailed Revit models and drawings
• Coordinating designs with other building services disciplines
