Firme Coding Initiative Facilitator (CSU Only)

Major Duties

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations & Fiscal Officer, Global HSI Equity Innovation Hub, and Firme Coding Project Leads, the Firme Coding Initiative Facilitator supports the implementation, technical guidance, and evaluation of the Firme Coding Initiative. The incumbent’s responsibilities include instructional support, application assistance for specialized programs, technical mentorship, participant progress tracking, and contributing to the overall success of community-focused STEM education.

• Provides instruction and training in Swift programming, introducing participants to coding concepts, software tools, and project-based applications aligned with learning objectives.


• Collaborates with Firme Coding Project Leads to support cohort members interested in applying to the Justice Through Code program.
