First Aider

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate response to site injuries illnesses and medical emergencies.
• Maintain first aid kits and ensure equipment is replenished and accessible.
• Record and report all incidents treatments and referrals as per HSE policy.
• Monitor site conditions and support workers in heat stress and dehydration prevention.
• Assist the HSE officer in promoting safety awareness through toolbox talks.
• Participate in emergency preparedness drills and evacuation plans.
• Ensure medical documentation and emergency contact records are uptodate.
• Support health screenings wellness campaigns and routine checks.
• Communicate with site supervisors regarding health hazards or risks.
• Help ensure compliance with UAE labour and health safety laws.
