Fitter – Manufacturing Industry

Minimum Requirements

• Trade Test qualification essential.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Fitter within a manufacturing/factory environment.
• Manufacturing or factory experience advantageous.
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills.
• Ability to work shifts and under pressure.
• Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical maintenance and repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Fault-finding and breakdown response.
• Ensure production downtime is minimized.
• Maintain safety and operational standards.
