Fixed Assets Specialist, Experienced

As a Fixed Asset Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis and execution of activities and processes related to the fixed asset cycle for all locations in the United States and Canada, across four ERP systems (Oracle NA12, SAP, SCM, and QAD). Your role involves avoiding significant business risk and ensuring that the operation’s fixed asset flows continue to function effectively.

• Analysis and proper execution of month-end closing activities.
• Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Tracker.
• Creation of monthly and annual reports and metrics.
• Execution of physical and remote inventories (all PPG locations, both regions).
• Analysis, integration validation, and upload of account reconciliations to the platform.
• Addressing audit requirements (internal and external) and following up.
• Activities to update internal controls (audit board, SOPs, etc.).
