Fixed Income Execution Trader

Mission

We are seeking an experienced Fixed Income Execution Trader to join our team in Geneva. For this full‑time position, a solid background in bond markets, advanced execution skills and the ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment is requested. The role will focus on day‑to‑day execution of fixed income orders in primary and secondary markets, optimizing execution strategies, and contributing to the automation of order workflows. The candidate is expected to be learning and supporting execution in other asset classes and to take part in late‑shift coverage for US markets (up to 22:00).

Main responsibilities

• Efficient and accurate trade execution (voice and electronic) in secondary markets (Credit IG and HY, Rates, Emerging Markets, Money Markets).
• Oversee full bookbuilding processes in primary markets (publish new issues, collect subscriptions, distribute allocations).
