Overview

This exclusive two‑year apprenticeship is designed to develop the next generation of flavorists through hands‑on creation, deep scientific understanding, and exposure to real customer challenges across global markets.

Your key responsibilities

• Master on-the-bench flavor creation and design in line with our Good Creative Practices.
• Master the Creation Palette (Flavoring and non-Flavoring) including chemical structure and physicochemical parameters.
• Acquire a strong know‑how of the main applications, processes, and mechanisms of flavor matrix interactions.
• Develop a good understanding of Flavor Science (stability, ingredient reactivity), natural chemicals, and extracts production pathways along with main analytical techniques.
