Fleet Coordinator

Overview

Fleet Coordinator provides administrative support related to vehicle maintenance. This role involves a variety of tasks, including scheduling of maintenance, tracking vehicle history, managing budgets, and other vehicle-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate inspections and internal maintenance activities for company vehicles (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations).
• Coordinate with external service providers, mechanics, and suppliers.
• Manage and track vehicle service records and maintenance history.
• Manage preventive maintenance budgets and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, and condition.
• Order parts and supplies as needed.
• Assist with insurance claims or vehicle-related incidents.
