Situated within a renowned private game reserve in the Greater Kruger region, this luxury safari property is known for its warm hospitality, authentic bush experiences, and strong conservation ethos. They are looking for a technically skilled and self-motivated individual who can work independently in a remote environment, while maintaining high operational standards and ensuring the reliability of the lodge’s fleet and equipment.

Candidate Responsibilities

• Maintain a live service schedule for all vehicles, tracking mileage, service intervals, and next-service dates.
• Conduct and oversee routine services, preventative maintenance, and mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines (Land Rover Defender 2.2/2.4 Puma’s and TDI’s, Ford Ranger 2.2, Nissan NP300).
• Manage tyre stock, battery replacements, brake servicing, and drivetrain maintenance.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and condition reports for each vehicle.
