Fleet Support Specialist, Site Launch and Enablement Support

The role focuses on scaling and standardizing autonomous fleet operations. It is responsible for the operational setup of new cities and temporary testing sites, ensuring high standards of fleet health, safety, and data integrity. The position involves setting up operational workflows, training personnel, and empowering local staff with necessary tools and knowledge.

• 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced service, automotive, or aerospace environment


• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience


• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%


• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and SAP


• Exceptional instructional and communication skills


• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
