We are looking for a Flight Booking Online Assistant to handle flight reservation tasks through online systems. This is a pure non-voice role—no phone calls involved. The position is ideal for freshers or candidates with no prior experience, as full training will be provided.



Key Responsibilities



Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations via chat/email systems

Enter and update passenger and booking details accurately

Check flight availability, fares, and schedules using online tools

Resolve basic customer queries related to bookings

Maintain data accuracy and follow standard operating procedures
