Opportunity Description

  • Join a team that is supporting families impacted by the flooding
  • Flex to work part time 3 or 4 days per week as well as full time
  • 2 case management roles based at Bendigo or Echuca fixed term to June 30th 2024

    • Your role:

    We are a ‘can-do’ organisation, and we respond with practical, hands-on support to those in need. The un-precedented flooding across our state has displaced many families.

    We need 2 case managers working 9am-5pm until June 30th, 2024, delivering the intake, case management and assessment to those accessing services.

    The skills you will use day to day:

  • Intake and triage
  • Community connections and understanding of services and available supports.
  • Trauma informed case management
  • A systemic lens
  • Creating case management plans
  • Coordinate other services on-site at the hub
