We are looking for a creative professional to join our team as a Florist !
Responsibilities:
- Designs and creates skilled floral arrangements.
- Engages with customers and assists with their floral needs and questions.
- Maintains high-quality standards in product management and presentation to ensure freshness and date control.
- Plans and executes orders, merchandising and displays.
- Arranges delivery to customers.
- Handles payments, monitors sales and prepares reports to measure the efficiency of the Flower Shop.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years floral experience
- Love for flowers and high aesthetics
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Exceptional customer service skills
