About the Team

Responsible for the overall operational performance of multiple SCommerce warehouse sites within an assigned cluster. The role ensures consistent achievement of KPIs, strict adherence to standardized processes, and effective coordination across site teams and stakeholders. The position provides functional oversight of third‑party (3PL) personnel to ensure alignment with company standards and service level agreements.

Job Description

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable Philippine labor regulations, particularly in relation to third‑party workforce coordination.
