FMCG Van Route Sales Specialist (UAE)

Job Requirements

• Mandatory possession of an active, valid UAE Driving License (Category 3 Manual or Category 4 Heavy), backed by a completely clean RTA traffic and accident record.
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Direct Store Delivery (DSD) or FMCG van sales experience within the UAE, specifically managing high-volume urban retail routes.
• Exceptional physical stamina required to continuously load, lift, and distribute heavy crates of water and dairy products in extreme outdoor temperatures during long rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate a heavily loaded refrigerated company vehicle, safely navigating dense UAE city traffic to execute daily deliveries across 40 to 50 assigned grocery and hypermarket accounts.
