FMRE-TFS (Maintenance & Energy) Engineer

We are looking for a Facilities, Maintenance & Energy Management Engineer to join the FMRE (Facility Management and Real Estate) Team in Airbus Operations, El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz). The mission is to guarantee seamless operation, safety, and efficiency of Airbus infrastructure and to balance complex technical maintenance with ambitious energy efficiency goals (ISO 50001) to keep our sites ready for the future of aerospace manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnkey projects for energy and water saving, harmonizing procedures to achieve divisional sustainability targets.
• Manage and maintain facilities and technical equipment to guarantee a safe environment and 100% business continuity for production.
• Lead maintenance suppliers and lump-sum contracts, monitoring performance through KPIs and SLAs to ensure delivery on time, quality, and cost.
