We’re looking for an F&B Executive who can bring structure, energy, accountability, and operational excellence to the floor every single day.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Managing day-to-day café operations and shift execution
Ensuring exceptional guest experience and hospitality standards
Coordinating between kitchen, service, and retail teams
Staff supervision, training, and discipline
Inventory coordination and basic stock management
Hygiene, SOP implementation, and operational consistency
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has prior experience in premium cafés, restaurants, or hospitality operations
Understands both customer experience and backend execution
Is organized, fast, detail-oriented, and accountable
Thrives in high-energy environments
