We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager who is professional with high standards, along with an excellent knowledge of food and beverage.
As Food and Beverage Manager you will support the Deputy General Manager in all day to day operations, ensuring the smooth running of this hotel, with a very strong focus on food and beverage operations. Responsible for departmental costs, stock control, this is a 'hands-on' role which requires the applicant to be focused on excellent customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all functions, weddings and events are run smoothly and efficiently.
- Cover Duty Manager shifts, including breakfast, depending on business requirements
- Providing a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
- Manage and provide direction to all Food and Beverage employees during shifts
- Ensure each customer receives impeccable service
