Food & Beverage Manager

Our client is a 5* boutique resort with less than 100 units and multiple F&B outlets on an idyllic beach on a tropical island in the Philippines.

The resort is still in pre-opening phase, opening is scheduled for Q1 2027.

Note that this resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location.

This role oversees F&B service (not culinary) and will report directly to the General Manager.

You will be heavily involved with the pre-opening activities and oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B Service Department, and lead and mentor a team of passionate staff who will deliver a truly memorable experience for their guests.
