Responsibilities

• Work closely with and assist the Food and Beverage & Restaurant Manager and other F & B Supervisors in the day to day operation of our a la carte Restaurant and Bar
• Greet and seat guests with a smile
• Set‑up, maintain, clean and pack‑down work areas according to procedures and standards
• Provide food and beverage service to the Restaurant and Functions departments
• Take meal orders, explain menu items and serve food and beverage items to guests' tables while following hygienic food practices at all times
• Supply, dispense or mix beverages, clean bar areas and equipment, prepare the bar for service, take beverage orders and serve drinks
• Monitor the quality and consistency of all food served from the Kitchen
