Food Safety Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety protocols across assigned outlets
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Prepare and maintain documentation and reports related to food safety performance
• Work closely with outlet teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Train staff on food safety and sanitation best practices

Qualifications

• Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience as a QA/QC Specialist or Officer in the food industry
• Graduate of Food Technology, Microbiology, Nutrition and Dietetics, or related course
• Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, and other food safety and sanitation standards
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Willing to travel or be assigned to any of the following areas: Makati, Quezon City, Taguig, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas
