JOB DETAILS

Ensuring quality assurance of raw materials, products, and
processes as per plan and authorizing the release of the final
product.
Meeting the requirements of internal and external customers by
maintaining Quality Records, verifying Traceability records, and
improving the Quality system.
Preparing SOPs, Quality plans, etc., and ensuring compliance with
quality and documentation standards.
Resolving internal and external CQC/P tag/CSR issues and
responding to Customer complaints with CAPA analysis & handling
Customer-related processes..
Analyzing processes & products using techniques like SPC
Technique/Data chart, gauge R & R, and conducting Process
Audits.
Managing documentation and related activities of PPAP, APQP
Develop and maintain a comprehensive part numbering system
with BOM, HSN Code, and Rejection in the Oracle system
