JOB DETAILS

Supervise daily dairy production activities and ensure smooth operations. Monitor the production of milk, curd, paneer, ghee, and other dairy products. Ensure quality control at each stage of production as per FSSAI and company standards. Coordinate with raw material and packaging teams to maintain consistent supply. Maintain production records, batch logs, and inventory updates. Enforce cleanliness and hygiene in the production area, including CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) procedures. Train and monitor production staff/operators on processes and safety protocols. Assist with machinery operation, minor troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Plan daily production targets and report variances or issues to senior management. 1+ years of experience in dairy or food production operations preferred.
