Responsibilities

• Supervision & Leadership: Oversee daily operations on-site, manage a team of workers, and ensure tasks are completed on time and to specifications.
• Quality Control & Safety: Ensure work is performed according to safety standards, building codes, and company quality guidelines.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate materials, tools, and workforce to ensure projects run efficiently and within budget, reporting progress to higher management.
