The Purpose
The Foundation Accountant works under the direction of the Executive Director. The Foundation Accountant will be responsible for functions related to nonprofit accounting. This includes, but is not limited to, processing accounts payable, including data entry, spreadsheet reconciliation, payment, and other applicable responsibilities. Execution of tasks required to perform these responsibilities will necessitate a candidate with a strong combination of both analytical and multi-tasking abilities to follow through. Must be a detail oriented, team player.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position scheduled to work 32 hours per week (0.80 FTE), calculated against the institution’s standard 40-hour full-time workweek.Why it’s Important
