The Foundation Operations Manager serves in an operational and systems leadership position to guide development strategy efforts with donor/prospect management.
Serves as the database lead and manages foundation CRM database to ensure integrity of data, analytics, effective prospect and donor management and reporting systems in collaboration with Trinity Health System Office of Philanthropy (THSOP).

+ Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Additional continuing education/professional development in areas of fundraising, data management (CRM), or communications preferred.
