We help self-employed craftsmen build profitable, long-term businesses by combining vertical software with AI-enabled services for growth and backoffice. We're 10 people in Berlin, backed by 20VC, Stride and Base10 (€3.75M seed).

Tasks

Founding Sales means founding. The seat grows with what you do in it.

• You take the outbound motion we've already tested and run it every day. The playbook and the lists already exist. Your job is to dial and crush a clear quota of attended discovery calls with qualified roofers.


• You improve your script and objection-handling with each call.


• You work directly with our CEO & Founder Basti to fuel our growth.


• You become our outbound machine, laugh about how bad our old numbers were, and get rewarded for doing so.
