FP&A and Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A and Operations Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role combines hands-on accounting operations (AR/AP) with strategic financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning day-to-day finance operations while also building dashboards, forecasts, and commission models that drive business decisions. Familiarity with modern AI tools and a curiosity for technology are highly valued. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Manage the full AR cycle: invoicing, collections, customer account reconciliations, and aging analysis. Manage the full AP cycle: vendor onboarding, bill processing, approval workflows, and timely payments. Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks, Bill.com, and other accounting/AP platforms.
