GPJ is hiring a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to support our business. 

This role is hybrid, requiring you to report on-site to our Auburn Hills office location a minimum of 2 days per week.

Your RoleYou are a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager tasked with facilitating and contributing with FP&A team in driving strategic financial planning and decision-making. This role is collectively involved in all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support our organizational goals and financial objectives.

Your responsibilities include collaborating with the FP&A team, ensuring accuracy and alignment in our annual budgeting and forecasting processes, and conducting detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance tracking to identify trends and opportunities.
