About the Role Zoom Drain is a fast-growing, specialized franchise system in the drain and sewer services industry.

We're looking for a Franchise Marketing Specialist to serve as a marketing coach and onboarding lead for our franchise owners, helping them build smart local marketing strategies, track performance, and grow their businesses.

This is not an execution role.

You'll guide, coach, and hold franchise owners accountable while owning the full marketing onboarding process for new locations.   What You'll Do Help owners set SMART goals, track KPIs (CAC, CLV, conversion rates), and make data-driven decisions Own the end-to-end marketing onboarding for new franchise launches, including timelines, vendor coordination, website, Google Business Profile, and lead platforms Serve as the liaison between franchisees and marketing vendors (digital agencies, Angi, Thumbtack, etc.), holding them accountable to deliverables Train franchise owners on Zoom ...
