Fraud and Payment Agent

An online gaming company is looking for a Fraud and Payment Agent.Responsibilities:• Monitoring; transaction rates on daily, weekly and monthly basis.• Ensure that transactions are done successfully within specified time frames and in accordance with the company’s fraud and risk policy.• Monitoring and spotting fraudulent transactions and gambling activities in an early stage to minimize the risk to the company.• Run daily security and SOF checks on new customers to avoid fraud and abuse.• Reviewing customer documentation and conducting KYC checks.• Handling customers queries regarding account payment management.
