Freight Forwarding Airfreight Operations & Pricing

We are looking for competent professionals to join our Freight Forwarding Operations team mainly in our Airfreight Division.

You will be the one to coordinate with Airlines, truckers, suppliers, customers, customs, warehouse and other involved parties to achieve the effective movement of cargo.

The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency & quality.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
• Ensure communications are efficient and the process is recorded
• Utilize logistics ERP & other tools to optimize procedures
• Manage incoming orders and coordinate with all involved parties to ensure equipment and space availability as per customers requirements
• Communicate with shippers, consignees and intermediates for operations details and changes
