FREIGHT OPERATIONS ADMIN

A Singapore-based freight forwarder handling 100–300 TEU/month across Asia‑Pacific export trades is hiring a Freight Operations Admin. This role focuses on essential documentation checking, data entry, and proactive communication with partners and clients to ensure smooth export workflows.

Comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided for industry‑specific systems (TradeNet).

• System Data Entry & Updates: Accurately input and update shipment milestones, container numbers, and billing details into our freight forwarding system.

• Documentation Checking & Processing: Assist in preparing and verifying shipping documents (Draft Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices) for accuracy.
