As a Customer Technical Advisor, you will:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Accurately record customer interactions in the system
- Resolve complaints following company policies
- Meet response and resolution SLAs
- Troubleshoot issues using tools and training provided
- Provide solutions to common technical problems
Requirements
- High School Diploma or higher
- Native / Fluent French
- English level C1
- Typing speed: 20 WPM
- Strong communication & active listening skills
- Problem-solving & troubleshooting mindset
- Must have EU passport
