Duties
To oversee the billing, matter management and working capital management for the Paris office. This role will also undertake the following responsibilities:
Monitor and manage WIP levels, discussing with the Partners and Billing Fee Earners on a monthly basis to drive conversion into bash and to highlight risks and issues at an early stage and agree actions to addressDrive the credit control procedures, monitoring balances on matters and reviewing at a client level where appropriate. Follow and record the relevant credit control steps.
