Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of front office experience in a 4-star or 5-star UAE hospitality environment.
- Hands‑on expertise with Opera Property Management System (PMS) is strictly required.
- Clear criminal record to pass the mandatory Abu Dhabi CID security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Manage VIP guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and room allocations smoothly during high‑occupancy periods.
- Accurately log all guest passport and Emirates ID details into the government security system.
- Handle guest complaints effectively and actively cross‑sell hotel F&B outlets to increase revenue.
