Front of House Shift Supervisor

Rusty Rail Brewing Company is hiring a Front of House Shift Supervisor. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for orchestrating exceptional food service, what we consider to be unbeatable customer service and operations. You'll manage the dining room-including servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and food runners-by directing and motivating your team to deliver casual fine dining food and provide customer service that elicits genuine smiles from our customers. At the Rusty Rail, we are not interested in giving good customer service.
