You will focus on solving routine and complex issues through effective coaching, continual training, and performance analytics. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree expected by mid-2026
• Relevant experience in Manufacturing or Operations
• 1-3 years supervisory background preferred
