Frozen & Dairy Chill Operations Supervisor

Makro. PH is seeking a Frozen, Dairy & Chill Supervisor to oversee daily operations of cold-chain categories in Quezon City. The role includes ensuring product freshness, supervising staff, and adhering to food safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related fields, with 3–5 years in retail operations within food categories. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for providing excellent customer service.
