FS1135 MANAGING COUNSEL: ENERGY PROJECTS

Our client provides energy and EPC services across MENA and beyond. They are enjoying a period of international expansion with a full project pipeline across the region.

To support this expansion they are seeking to appoint a new Managing Counsel to their operation.

Reporting to the Head of Legal the role will enjoy an autonomous remit focussed on project support and commercial legal affairs.

This role will provide expert legal guidance on a wide spectrum of complex matters, particularly in relation to EPC project activities.

The role will manage a small team of juniors playing a pivotal role in supporting the business through proactive legal counsel, contract negotiation, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance.
