Judge Direct Placement is seeking a FSQS Clerk in Greensboro, NC area!
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and generate reports for production, SSOP, sensory evaluations, and error tracking Maintain accurate documentation to support compliance and audit readiness Prepare, package, and ship product samples according to established procedures Support traceability exercises to ensure product accountability and regulatory compliance Ensure production forms, documentation, and supplies are stocked and readily available Assist with the execution and coordination of sensory programs Provide cross-functional support by stepping in for FSQS Technicians, Supervisors, or the HACCP Coordinator as needed Help oversee team activities and ensure operational continuity when covering key roles Requirements:
