Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages according to SOP and quality standards to ensure product consistency
- Take customer orders accurately and handle cashiering duties efficiently to facilitate smooth transactions
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging positively with customers and addressing their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet to comply with health and safety standards
- Replenish ingredients and organize stock to support uninterrupted service
- Support daily opening and closing operations to ensure readiness and proper shutdown of the outlet
