Full-time Cook

Mair and Doveton Pty Ltd Ltd is looking for a qualified and experienced Full-time Cook to join our team.

Salary Range – $75,000 - $85,000

Business Location – Ballarat East, Victoria, 3350

Responsibilities

1. Inspect ingredients and food to ensure quality.
2. Monitor and control oven, grill, and cooking equipment temperatures.
3. Prepare and cook meals according to menu requirements.
4. Season dishes appropriately during cooking.
5. Portion and plate meals with sauces, gravies, and garnishes.
6. Store food in temperature-controlled areas.
7. Prepare meals for special dietary requirements.
8. Assist with menu planning and estimating food needs when required.
9. Full time Cooks and Food Preparation Workers
