FULL TIME PHYSICAL THERAPIST

We are looking for an open minded, willing to adapt to our Friends healing Friends approach in our community. Our need is a full time Physical Therapist to work in our outpatient department. The Physical Therapist will carry out an individualized program of physical therapy including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to maximize a patient's progress toward achieving functional goals. The Physical Therapist will also maintain a positive working relationship with other health professionals and ancillary staff. We need someone who will take suggestions as well as give suggestions. The position is 95% outpatient with about 5% LTC and Skilled Swing. Therapist must be able to treat most patients that walk through the door. This is a 13 week contract with a great possibility for longer. HOUSING IS NOT INCLUDED BUT A LIST OF NAMES WILL BE PROVIDED
