Full-Time Registered Nurse at Extendicare

Become a pivotal part of Extendicare as a Full-Time Registered Nurse. In this role, you will provide direct resident care and manage medication administration within compliance standards.
Reporting to the Director of Health and Wellness, the Registered Nurse will oversee care assessments, service plans, and maintain documentation for residents. Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, you'll facilitate resident transfers and provide education to both residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete assessments and maintain care documentation
• Assist in scheduling resident care conferences
• Administer medication safely per regulatory standards

• Respond to medical emergencies and manage significant changes
Requirements:
