What you’ll do: You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel at home here through:

• Responsible for the supervision of ensuring merchandise and the yard is stocked, displayed, organized, and reconciled to standard.
• Develop and deliver user-friendly specialized training content in the areas of Lumber, Paint, Hardware, and Project estimation.
• Collaborate with the Hardware Supervisor, Sales Leads and management.
• Demonstrate Leadership throughout the Agro Centre through supervision, training staff, and coaching.
• Business to Business (B2B) sales, call outs, and project estimations.
• Maintain customer relations by providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with budgets, pricing, discounts and margins.
• Stay knowledgeable of Lumber and a variety of product information. <...
