[Full-Time/Contract] Assistant Producer

As an Assistant Producer , you will support the production process from pre-production to post-production. This is a dynamic role for someone organized, proactive, and passionate about bringing creative projects to life. You’ll work closely with producers, directors, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.

Project Coordination: Help organize shoot schedules, prepare call sheets, and maintain production calendars.

Budget & Resource Management: Assist in tracking project expenses, securing equipment, and managing resources.

Talent & Crew Coordination: Liaise with talent, crew, and external vendors to confirm logistics and requirements.
