We're looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to join our team in Brussels under a permanent contract. In this role, you will take ownership of CRM projects, drive functional analysis, and ensure solutions meet business needs across sales, marketing, and customer service processes in sectors like banking, insurance, and the public domain.
